Step 1: Complete the online enrollment
Step 2: Upload the following required documents (Section 10: Attachments):
- Parent/guardian photo ID
- Birth certificate
- Lease/mortgage (with parent/guardian name on it)
- Utility bill (within last 30 days)
- Immunizations records

- Transcript from previous school
You can upload documents anytime.
After uploading, click ‘Next’ to Section 10: Attachments.
If you need help with registration, please make an appointment
AFTER you have completed the online enrollment & uploaded all required documents.
Step 3. Complete the Enrollment Information Form
Step 4. Complete the Course Selection Form:
Step 5. Once all required documents have been received/uploaded, you will receive more information via email from the RHS Records Department.
